Public responsibility
Publically responsible operation of MOJAapoteka has been aligned with ethical principles and openness to the patients, customers, employees, community, associates and suppliers of goods and services.
The business operation of MOJAapoteka goes on in electronic form which significantly facilitates the work and communication, both internally and externally, particularly with the Health Insurance Fund, whith whom we have a contract to supply the insured people with drugs.
The work is organized in accordance with the needs and requirements of the population, as well as the round the clock shifts for the territories of the town of Banja Luka and the municipality of Doboj.
Apart from the new pharmacies opened in the most remote municipalities of the Republic of Srpska, pharmaceutical outposts have also been opened in remote provincial or village areas so as to ensure availability of pharmaceutical services to as many people as possible.
Another novelty in MOJAapoteka services is a free-telephone number for the population 24 hour a day, so that those who have queries could get professional information about the drugs and professional pharmaceutical advice at any time.
To conform to the applicable pharmaceutical regulations, MOJAapoteka applies the guidelines of Good Pharmaceutical Practice, which sets guidelines for ensuring quality in provision of pharmaceutical services.
The orientation to quality has been confirmed, in line with the healthcare regulations, by applying for certification for all the MOJAapoteka pharmacies, as a mandatory standard for all health institutions.
Apart from the continuous professional development of health professionals (congresses, seminars, lectures...) pharmacies also provide apprentice training to B.scs. in pharmacy and to pharmaceutical technicians, following a defined program.
Being aware of the fact that only ambitious and professional personnel can lead to development and joint success, MOJAapoteka supports its employees though a defined set of reward criteria for exceptional business achievements.
As a publically responsible institution, MOJAapoteka also provides support to sports, cultural and humanitarian projects, depending on requests and possibilities.
Business principles of MOJAapoteka as well as constant improvements of the pharmaceutical profession have a happy client as their ultimate objective; a client who will recognize quality, as defined in pharmaceutical service provision safety standards, in the service that they get.
