MOJAapoteka, Banja Luka, was registered in 2008 (1 July 2008) as an independent legal entity.
MOJAapoteka delivers and prepares drugs upon reception, retails medical products, orthopaedic accessories, cosmetic and toilet products, supplies child food and equipment, dietary products, herbal origin products, provides services in health promotion and prevention of diseases in order to preserve and improve the health of the citizens.
Today, MOJAapoteka is a market leader in retailing drugs and accessories in the RS and has the largest pharmaceutical network of 28 pharmacies and several pharmaceutical outposts in the territories of 12 municipalities.
The comprehensive approach to the health concept, through not only physical but also mental, spiritual and social health is the main premise of the MOJAapoteka brand.
The work in our pharmacies is organized in accordance with the needs and requirements of the population; it is these needs of our citizens that have inspired the introduction of numerous novelties: we have introduced a round the clock working hour in Banja Luka and Doboj; round the clock home delivery of drugs; there is a free info-telephone number for the citizens round the clock, so that those who have queries could get professional advice regarding their issues and dilemmas at any time.
Particular attention has been paid to staff professionalism. Today we have over 150 employees, among whom there are 50 pharmaceutical teams. Apart from the continuous professional development of our health professionals, our pharmacies also organize education for B.Scs. in pharmacy as well pharmaceutical technicians with the supervision of mentors - masters of pharmacy and specialists.
The work in the pharmacy is carried out in accordance with the Good Pharmaceutical Practice guidelines and contemporary standards in pharmacology. We were among the first to apply for a certification as an essential quality standard for all our pharmacies.
